This 2008 Chardonnay has powerful aromas of butterscotch, pineapple, and hazelnut notes combined with the bouquet that comes from bottle aging. Flavors of vanilla custard, biutterscotch and and ripe stone fruits combine with a beautiful mouth-feel and oaky undertones to provide a balance to the ripe acidity.

This 2008 Pinot Gris has lovely aromas of pineapple, mandarin orange, and pear that are lifted out of the glass by lively acidity. In the mouth, the texture given by the lees stirring and againg is unctuous and very mouth filling. The flavors in the mouth are uncommonly rich and more akin to the wines of Alsace than typical Pinot Gris. Apple, pear, and citrusy flavors blend nicely with the elegant brioche qualities to make for a refined drinking experience.
