This 2007 Pinot Noir has complex aromas of cedar, tobacco, vanilla, and smoky notes combined with the bouquet that comes from bottle aging. Flavors of ripe berries, cherries, hard spices, and oaky undertones provide an elegant balance to the ripe acidity that is the hallmark of this vineyard. A backbone of tannin gives excellent structure to this wine and will provide for excellent years of aging potential.
